Iran

Two charts connected to Iran – the first when Khomeini arrived in Feb 1979 and the second the establishment of The Islamic Republic in April 1979.

This Mars, Mercury, Saturn conjunction connects with the Moon of the Khomeini chart – ordinary people and the land/opposition. What changes?

Later Mars will connect with the Sun in the Islamic Republic chart – the leadership in 9th house of international trade. Saturn will connect with Sun in this chart in mid May. What transpires to the leadership at this time and what is the impact on Iran and global trade?

Uranus leaves Taurus and moves into Gemini at the end of April and will be approaching the Moon in the Islamic Republic chart in May 2027. This is a revolutionary signature. Do ordinary people rise up?

Time to act

Mercury, Mars and Saturn come together in Aries today. Words matter. It’s time to be decisive. Time to take individual responsibility for the change we want to see in the world. It’s up to us individually. With the sextile to Pluto and Moon/Uranus we are encouraged to make changes. Surrender to those things out of your control. Embrace change and go with your heart. Time to be brave. Back yourself.

Pope Leo and Trump

Interesting to see Pluto in chart of Pope Leo triggering Mars in Trump chart. Nodes in Pope Leo chart triggering Sun/Uranus/North Node opposite Moon/South Node of Trump chart.

War versus peace. Trump only knows one way. His way. Mars in Leo on Asc.

Strait of Hormuz

Lots of pressure economically with this full moon on 2 April. Looking at Astro map there is great focus on Iran and Strait of Hormuz.

Mars into Aries

Mars moves into Aries today the sign of its rulership. This is a powerful Mars. It’s time for action. This is a determined Mars. Warrior energy. Mars is the ruler of the Saturn Neptune conjunction and will soon connect with both on 13th and 20 April. Mercury will shortly move into Aries too. Aries is an impatient sign – cardinal, fire sign. Things will certainly become more heated.

Uranus is now at 29 Taurus – the last degree. Moon is out of bounds and in detriment in Capricorn. Ordinary people are concerned about financial stability.

Will the ceasefire hold in the Middle East? Uranus runs through Iran. This is not a planet associated with stability.

Hungary Elections

The Hungarian people voted for change. Saturn/Mars/Neptune square Uranus/Saturn/Neptune on Asc. Important time for country and institutions – accountability. Sun opposed Mars – new leadership from opposition.

Saturn sextile Pluto

Saturn is exactly sextile Pluto today. This aspect has been perfecting since May 2025 and leaves in January 2027.

This process started with the conjunction on 12 January 2020. We had no idea about the impending crisis of the Covid-19 virus and subsequent lockdowns. Those in authority making powerful decisions unilaterally.

What emerges in this period? Structures that we have depended on are collapsing. What is our understanding of power and authority? We have the opportunity to commit to a process of transformation of self and society. We can remain imprisoned by conditioning from past or we can deconstruct this narrative to rebuild our path forwards in a fundamentally different direction. Pluto always speaks about surrender.

Saturn in Aries sextile Pluto

Saturn asks that we take responsibility for our actions. With Saturn sextile Pluto this aspect asks how we are going to transform?

Society is a rules based system. It requires accountability from citizens and leaders alike. In SA we have seen a breakdown in systems of governance. Across all spheres of government we see a lack of accountability.

Those who have acted wrongly show no guilt, shame or remorse. Feeling guilty acknowledges wrong doing by taking responsibility. Feeling shame acknowledges wrongdoing but also recognises that you are exposed and morally flawed. Remorse is a much deeper process that acknowledges guilt, sorrow and regret for the consequences of our actions with the desire to make amends for the harm caused to others. Society needs to reflect on this personally and collectively.

Systems have been abused by those in power and authority by protecting those involved in wrongdoing and not protecting the most vulnerable.
