This eclipse is at 29 Virgo opposes Saturn and Neptune. Both Saturn and Neptune are retrograde together with Pluto and Uranus.
Both Mercury ruler of Sun/Moon and Mars ruler of Saturn/Neptune are in Libra with Mars in detriment.
Saturn speaks about structure/order/rules based systems. Neptune is associated with lies/corruption and deception. Institutions weighed down by corruption will collapse as they no longer have integrity.
Uranus and Pluto sextile Saturn and Neptune are forcing change. Uranus speaks about revolution and Pluto about destruction and decay.
It is interesting to see how many leaders/governments have collapsed over the past few weeks. The Japanese Prime Minister and the French Prime Minister have resigned, the Nepalese and Thai governments have collapsed, and President Macron of France and the EU leadership are under enormous pressure. There are problems the world over especially as this Saturn Neptune conjunction will be exact on 20 Feb 2026 at 0 Aries – the World Axis.
Mars will move into Scorpio on 22 Sep with the Libra Ingress and become much stronger and forceful. Mars will square Pluto and create circumstances for serious conflict and a battle of will between force and power/control.
This is an incredible tense time and a clear indication that change is necessary and leaders out of touch with the needs of ordinary people are in trouble.
