This New Moon at 25 Taurus conjunct the fixed star Algol opposes the Ramaphosa Sun and Moon. This is a complex New Moon. The Moon is exalted in Taurus and yet also out of bounds. This makes it more unpredictable. This New Moon is conjunct the Fixed Star Algol adding difficulty. This star is associated with losing one’s head and is often connected to the fall of leaders. Ramaphosa has indicated he will take this case on review. The Constitutional Court ruled that Parliament must set up a committee to deliberate the Independent Report. Parliament failed to do this at the time. Things have changed significantly in Parliament since this issue first arose in 2022. The ANC no longer holds a majority.
