Trade tariffs tensions

Not easy circumstances to sign a trade deal before 1 August deadline with US. Trade tariffs expected to be 30%. Mercury is still retrograde and in opposition to Pluto. Real power struggle. Never advisable to sign important documents in Mercury retrograde cycle. Not likely to hold.
