Outer planets retrograde

Saturn, Uranus, Neptune and Pluto are all retrograde currently.

Pluto went retrograde on 2 May, Saturn on 29 June, Neptune on 2 July and the most recent Uranus on 1 Sep 2024. We can’t easily move forward.

Neptune is currently at 29 Pisces – the last degree of the zodiac and Pluto at 29 Capricorn – the final degree of Capricorn. These planets will soon be changing signs. Pluto will move into Aquarius on 20 Nov 2024 and remain there for 20 years. The outer planets changing signs are significant indications of big changes in societies across the world. Old ways will have to give way to new paths.

Pluto will be the first to go direct again on 12 Oct 2024 followed by Saturn on 15 Nov 2024 and Neptune on 8 Dec 2024. It is at this stage that we may see things opening up. Uranus travels direct again on 30 Jan 2025.

It really is about the old path dying and the new path struggling to be born. The last kick of the dying horse.

I am an astrologer practising traditional astrology in Cape Town. I specialise in birth chart readings. I am passionate about people’s stories and their life’s journey. It is very empowering for a client to understand and accept their life story. I am also fascinated by world events and the links to the planetary cycles. It is this notion of history repeating itself that fascinates me.
